This role serves as the senior manufacturing technical lead and system-level integrator for complex radiation oncology treatment-delivery products, translating product intent into scalable manufacturing solutions. The position involves leading technical trade-offs, driving design for excellence, and orchestrating industrialization execution across global manufacturing networks and suppliers. It requires strong cross-functional leadership to ensure product readiness, quality, and scalability from prototype through production ramp.

Responsibilities

Lead technical trade-off decisions across product performance, patient safety, quality, cost, schedule, supply risk, and long-term scalability
Orchestrate industrialization execution across Manufacturing Engineering, sites, and suppliers, aligning processes, tooling, validation, product configuration, and production solutions to system-level intent
Establish objective readiness governance for prototype, pilot, validation, transfer, and production ramp, ensuring decisions are supported by credible evidence
