Senior Operations Manager

Instawork Robotics Labs is building the operational backbone to deliver high-quality robotics training data at scale. This role will own and execute end-to-end robotics data collection programs across the APAC region, operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment. The position involves close collaboration with global robotics and AI partners, high visibility with leadership, and significant travel to run operations where they happen. Success requires building new playbooks, scaling distributed teams, and rapidly adapting to changing client and data requirements.
