Senior Operations Manager

The Site Senior Operations Manager at Jabil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a manufacturing site to ensure operational performance, cost efficiency, and excellent customer and employee experience. The role leads day-to-day operations, drives continuous improvement, and aligns site activities with company standards and long-term strategy. This position reports to the Operations Director and works closely with cross-functional teams and sister sites to deliver scalable, resilient processes supporting business growth.
