Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Services Operations Manager serves as the operational point of contact for assigned Global and Vertical customers, primarily in North America, overseeing Ricoh employees and managing the full lifecycle from contractual concept to account retention. This leadership role focuses on proactive customer communication, P&L reconciliation, strategic implementation, and ensuring service level agreements are met through digital fluency and automation literacy.
