The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software components, and provide technical support for mission-critical facilities. Candidates will work from Charlotte, NC, with travel requirements and hybrid onsite/remote arrangements to support area manager sites.

Responsibilities
