The Patient and Family Relations Senior Specialist supports patient and family rights and needs by serving as a liaison between patients, loved ones, and clinical staff to acknowledge and respond to feedback. The role functions as an internal clinical and operations resource, mentors and coaches team members, and leads on escalated cases. It fosters a patient- and family-centered culture across the hospital and supports care teams in managing challenging behaviors.
