Senior Payroll Analyst (Compliance & Accounting)

The Senior Payroll Analyst at Kasa is a remote finance role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely global payroll and maintaining multi-jurisdictional compliance. The role supports semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll-related month-end close and reporting, and contributes to building scalable payroll and financial reporting processes for a fast-growing hospitality business. The position partners cross-functionally with People Operations and reports to the Director of Finance to support growth across multiple geographies.
