The Senior PCB Layout Engineer at Axelera AI is responsible for designing and developing advanced printed circuit boards integral to the company’s AI systems. This role involves translating schematic diagrams into optimized PCB layouts, maintaining eCAD components libraries, and collaborating with Electronic Manufacturing Service partners to ensure successful PCB manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing high-density multi-layer designs, ensuring compliance with Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI standards, and coordinating validation tests on PCB prototypes. Proficiency in tools like Altium, Xpedition, and simulation software is essential for this position.
