Workstream is hiring a People Operations professional to join a small, fast-growing Series B team focused on building HR and payroll products for the hourly workforce. The role supports the People function and collaborates across teams to help scale people programs and employee experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lehi, Utah with set in-office days each week.
