Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads)

Viktor is seeking a founding Media Buyer to own Meta (Facebook, Instagram) paid acquisition end-to-end, including strategy, creative direction, and budget management. This role requires acting as both a media buyer and creative director to build a high-velocity testing program and establish a predictable scaling channel from the ground up. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and utilize AI tools to compound output while managing significant monthly ad spend.
