About this role

The Senior Platform Engineer owns the technical foundation of the Zelis digital platform, ensuring infrastructure, integrations, deployments, and content platforms remain secure, scalable, and highly available. This role serves as the engineering expert for CMS platform capabilities, APIs, middleware, cloud hosting, CI/CD, and production operations while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital capabilities. The position also involves preparing the organization for its strategic migration to the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform (DXP) in 2027.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance WordPress and Optimizely DXP platform capabilities
Design and maintain APIs, middleware, and integrations supporting Zelis.com
Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release coordination
