About this role

The Support Account Manager on the Platinum Support Team is the primary technical support contact for Sprinklr’s largest and most complex enterprise customers, interfacing with program managers and executive stakeholders. This role serves as the internal escalation point across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, ensuring optimal client service related to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration. The position requires ownership of customer health, reporting, and operational excellence while supporting high-touch, enterprise engagements.
