The Senior Policy Manager, Southern Africa will lead GSMA Africa’s country and sub-regional advocacy agenda to advance mobile industry public policy interests and support digital transformation in the region. The role provides strategic guidance and thought leadership on forward-looking policy to reduce the usage gap, improve the investment climate, and support responsible deployment of emerging technologies. The position is based in the Southern Africa sub-region and works across GSMA teams and external stakeholders to shape industry positions and influence policy outcomes.
