Senior PPH Associate

The Senior PPH Associate will contribute to the growth of Japan for UNHCR's Major Donor and HNWI programme by identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospective and existing major donors, HNWIs, and UHNWIs. The role involves building a prioritized pipeline, developing strategic donor engagement plans, and collaborating with internal teams and external philanthropy ecosystem partners to secure flexible, multi-year, and transformational support for UNHCR. The incumbent will also manage donor relationships, coordinate high-level engagement opportunities, and ensure compliance with data protection and ethical fundraising standards.
