About this role

As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead the Airborne Antenna Design department in creating Independent Design, Verification & Validation solutions for antenna products. This role involves implementing best practices in RF passive circuit design and electromagnetic (EM) modeling to support architecture trades, development, and sustainment of advanced antenna systems. You will drive innovation in radiator design and utilize advanced simulation tools to deliver mission-critical engineering solutions for national defense.

Responsibilities

Design and develop radio frequency passive circuits and antenna systems
Execute electromagnetic modeling and simulation of antenna architectures
Lead independent design, verification, and validation of antenna products
Present technical data to stakeholders and drive process innovation
Manage scheduled task execution for mission-critical engineering projects
