Senior Probe Technician

onsemi is seeking an experienced Senior Probe Technician to support high-volume semiconductor wafer probe operations. This hands-on role focuses on identifying and resolving probing issues that cause production interruptions, increase cycle time, or affect test results. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical resource for operators and technicians while collaborating with Test Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Manufacturing to improve probe performance and production flow.
