A Senior Process Capacity Planning Analyst partners with Financial Planning & Analysis, Data Analytics, Workforce Management, HR, and Operations Leaders to develop mature capacity and business planning models. The role provides actionable insights and ensures optimal resource levels across multiple lines of business while supporting critical operational and strategic decision-making. This position involves working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary Center of Excellence to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive business scenario models to support cost reduction and efficiency objectives
Build and maintain capacity models to guide critical business decisions across multiple lines of business
Contribute to monthly operating reviews and define KPIs to track program success and identify issues
