About this role

As a Senior Product Designer on the Growth pod at Nivoda, you will own end-to-end design for critical customer lifecycle experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to design growth loops, maintain the design system, and validate decisions through user research and data analysis. This role requires balancing high-fidelity UI craft with rapid iteration in a fast-paced B2B marketplace environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the customer lifecycle
Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences to improve conversion and retention
Maintain and contribute to the company design system for consistency
Run lightweight user research to ground design decisions in real behavior
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs ship accurately and at pace
