Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager at Sana is responsible for shaping and delivering tools and experiences across external platforms for brokers, admins, and members, as well as internal tools for clinical and operations teams. The role focuses on turning complex healthcare challenges into simple, high-quality product solutions that support Sana’s mission of making healthcare easy for small and midsize businesses. This position reports to the Head of Product and works in close partnership with design, engineering, data, product marketing, clinical, operations, and growth teams. The company operates as a remote-first, fully distributed organization across the U.S.
