About this role

This role is a customer-facing technical support position focused on helping Pigment’s clients derive value from its AI-powered business planning platform. Based in Toronto and working as part of an international team, the position involves owning support cases end-to-end, acting as a subject matter expert on the product, and collaborating closely with Engineering and Product to resolve complex issues. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and the platform experience. It is situated within a fast-paced SaaS environment with a strong emphasis on empathy, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
