The Senior Program C&Q Lead serves as the technical owner and single point of accountability for commissioning and qualification (C&Q) on assigned capital programs or sites. This role involves setting the C&Q strategy, driving field execution, and ensuring systems are validated, GMP-compliant, and ready for reliable startup and handover to Site Operations. The position requires leading C&Q execution, managing Factory Acceptance Testing, and coordinating across engineering, construction, and quality teams to deliver compliant assets.

Responsibilities

Create and implement C&Q strategy, plans, and schedules for assigned capital programs
Direct day-to-day C&Q execution in the field and coordinate with contractors and construction teams
Plan and lead Factory Acceptance Testing and ensure audit-ready documentation turnover
