Senior Program Manager, Manufacturing Transfers

The Senior Program Manager will build and lead Forj Medical's manufacturing transfer program from the ground up, owning the planning and execution of production line and site transfers, including international locations. This foundational role sets the standard for how transfer programs are planned, tracked, and executed while aligning cross-functional teams and partners with the customer-facing Program Management Office. The position involves scaling the function as the transfer portfolio grows and driving continuous improvement in transfer processes.
