About this role

Senior Program Manager on Discord’s Product & Platform Compliance team responsible for owning and driving strategic regulatory compliance programs to keep the company audit-ready across multiple jurisdictions. The role partners with Legal, Product, Engineering, Policy, and Trust & Safety to translate complex regulatory obligations into scalable processes and infrastructure. The position reports to the Product & Platform Compliance Lead and acts as a technical expert and mentor within the compliance organization.
