The Senior Program Manager leads the early-stage development of a portfolio of strategic transmission line and substation projects within the Massachusetts Electric Sector Modernization Plan. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to advance grid modernization efforts aligned with the state's clean energy and climate goals. The position requires managing project development from inception through handoff to the Project Management Organization while ensuring alignment with company policies and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of strategic transmission line and substation projects from early-stage development to handoff
Oversee cross-functional project teams to establish and organize ongoing development plans
Develop schedules and budgets for ESMP strategic projects and ensure alignment with company policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (i.e., engineering, environmental, renewable energy), business discipline, related degree, or equivalent experienceMasters, law, or other related advanced degree desirableValid Driver's license
