Senior Project Manager

This role involves leading a major ground-up, podium-style multifamily development in Long Beach, CA, from early site work through delivery of a 350+ unit residential community. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of the project's schedule, budget, buyout, contracts, and overall execution through Certificate of Occupancy. The position requires managing a team and acting as the liaison between onsite teams, third-party groups, and corporate departments.
