About this role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the onsite Owner’s Representative for a portfolio of complex construction, tenant improvement, and capital improvement projects supporting a Federal client. This role provides leadership and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while advising government stakeholders on project execution and risk. The position involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, conducting site evaluations, and ensuring successful project closeout and transition to operations.
