About this role

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work within Dexcom's GBS Conversation Analytics Center of Expertise, using AI speech and text analytics to transform customer interactions into actionable insights. The role focuses on building and tuning AI models, generating reports, and partnering with QA and operations teams to improve customer experience metrics such as FCR, CSAT/NPS, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI categories, score components, and phrase libraries
Translate interaction patterns into actionable recommendations
Partner with QA and team leads to create coachable moments and measure impact
Develop weekly and monthly reporting with visualizations and trend analysis
Monitor data ingestion health, metadata mappings, and compliance controls
