Senior Recruiter based in Dublin responsible for building and growing Okta’s EMEA technical teams and talent pipelines. The role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive quality hiring outcomes and support Okta’s growth across EMEA. It is a people-facing, data-informed position with responsibility for employer brand initiatives and operating rhythm alignment. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office.
