Senior Researcher

The Senior Researcher leads the research agenda for the Growth MX squad, focusing on driving sustainable customer growth in Mexico through end-to-end customer journey analysis. This role involves uncovering key drivers for customer acquisition, activation, and retention, while translating insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments. The position requires partnering closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business teams to shape the growth roadmap and ensure high-quality research standards.
