Senior Residential Counselor

The Senior Residential Counselor provides quality care to residents and supports the Residential Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations of the residential program. This role involves ensuring the safe and therapeutic treatment of residents in accordance with regulatory bodies while acting as the manager on duty as assigned. The position requires direct service responsibilities including monitoring individual service plans, training residents in daily living skills, and maintaining accurate medical and financial records.
