Senior Residential Counselor

The Senior Residential Counselor provides quality care to residents and supports the Residential Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations of the residential program. This role involves ensuring the safe and therapeutic treatment of residents in accordance with agency goals and regulatory bodies, while acting as the manager on duty as assigned. The position requires maintaining detailed records, conducting health and safety inspections, and assisting with staff training and scheduling.
