A role within Dentsu’s Central Europe Reward team responsible for delivering the cluster’s reward strategy and supporting Total Reward design and governance. The position acts as the key reward partner for markets including Germany, Switzerland and Austria (optionally Portugal), liaising with regional and global reward and HR teams. It is a full-time, permanent position based in Frankfurt with flexible working options.
