Senior Scientist – Applications, Drug Screening and Discovery

The Senior Scientist will lead and advance drug discovery and screening programs by establishing and optimizing state-of-the-art screening platforms, with emphasis on optical pooled screening and spatial multiomics. The role is strategic and collaborative, integrating multi-omic datasets to inform target identification, validation, and therapeutic discovery while partnering across biology, chemistry, translational, and clinical teams. This San Diego-based position reports to the VP, Applications and contributes to publications, IP filings, and mentoring of junior scientists.
