A Service Designer role within the Digital Product Design area of Consumer and Marketing Technology (CMT) at the LEGO Group. The position partners across CMT digital product clusters to clarify product vision and problems to be solved, and collaborates with product trios to translate insights into delivery. The role is part of a newly established service design team focused on shaping user understanding and strategic outcomes.
