About this role

Altruist is seeking a Senior Settlements Operations Analyst to ensure the accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions for financial advisors and clients. The role involves reconciling trade data, resolving operational issues across multiple clearing systems, and reporting fail exposure to senior management. This position requires expert knowledge of the DTCC suite applications and the ability to navigate complex back-office workflows during the company's expansion phase.

Responsibilities

Reconcile securities transactions with street side counterparties
Resolve trade, cash, and position reconciliation issues
Support DTCC Settlement functions including Buy-Ins and RECAPS
Review fail exposure and report to regulatory management
Process trade comparisons and corrections using clearing platforms
