RAI1011RAINN
The Senior Shift Manager provides leadership and support to Shift Managers and hotline staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to perform effectively while prioritizing staff wellbeing. This role strengthens hotline operations by proactively addressing staff and operational needs, supporting day-to-day leadership, and promoting a consistent, supportive work environment. The position collaborates with the NSAH Program Manager and fellow Senior Shift Managers to ensure policies and procedures are consistently implemented across all shifts.
