Senior Silicon Photonics Process Engineer - Heterogeneous Integration

Kilby Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Silicon Photonics Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of heterogeneous integration of non-Si modulator materials into high-volume silicon photonics. This role involves leading process development, execution, and optimization for volume die-to-wafer bonding and post-bond device processing, while driving the scaling of processes from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. The position requires extensive collaboration with internal teams to develop innovative, high-performance, and cost-effective silicon photonics solutions with a focus on high yield and reliability.
