About this role
The Senior Site Construction Manager at Vistra oversees all field-related aspects of assigned construction projects across Vistra’s fleet (thermal, solar, energy storage and other technologies) from groundbreaking through commercial operation. The role provides on-site leadership and oversight of the EPC contractor to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. Depending on project size, the manager may supervise field engineers and coordinates closely with operations and engineering teams.
