About this role
A Software Engineer at NiCE (Pune) will develop and maintain applications and services for the company’s omni-channel proactive communication platform. The role works within a multidisciplinary Agile team and requires extensive collaboration with UK and US-based teams to deliver high-quality, secure software. This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Tech Manager, Engineering, CX and operates under NiCE’s hybrid NICE-FLEX model.
