About this role

This Senior Full-Stack Project Contractor role within Vanguard's European Client Identity team focuses on designing, building, and operating cloud-based authentication and MFA services. The position requires strong full-stack expertise in TypeSript, Node.js, and React to develop APIs, frontend experiences, and secure infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will work in a regulated environment to ensure the reliability and security of identity solutions used across hundreds of thousands of clients.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend authentication services using NestJS and TypeScript
Develop frontend user experiences with React for new UI requirements
Deploy and operate serverless workloads on AWS with Infrastructure as Code
