About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer on Glia's Observability Team, you will build the platform, automation, and standards that enable engineering teams to monitor their cloud-native infrastructure. This role focuses on creating tooling for dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and incident response rather than directly operating production services. You will partner with development teams to establish operational readiness and automate workflows to reduce manual toil.

Responsibilities

Develop infrastructure and automation for dashboards, alerts, and monitors as code
Build tooling to define, measure, and report on Service Level Objectives and Indicators
Create automation for observability and operational workflows to eliminate manual toil
Design and improve incident response tooling to help teams resolve outages faster
Partner with development teams to establish production and operational readiness
