Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead)

This role leads the Nexus team at Glia, a Banking AI platform, by shaping systems that orchestrate text-based connectors and data flow across distributed teams in Estonia and Poland. The position evolves from a hands-on Senior Engineer role into a hybrid leadership position, focusing on delivery architecture, people mentorship, and establishing AI-assisted coding workflows while maintaining technical contribution. Candidates will work with early engineers to drive long-term architectural decisions and ensure the reliable scaling of the interaction engine.
