Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer on the Motion Planning team researches, develops, and implements planning technologies to enable autonomous trucks to handle complex, real-world driving scenarios safely and predictably. This role involves working across the full decision-making stack to reason about truck actions and determine precise trajectories while accounting for various scenario outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Perception, Prediction, Controls, and Safety to integrate state-of-the-art optimization techniques into production systems.
