The Albyn Bar
The restaurant is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to collaborate closely with the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, staff supervision, and food quality. The role involves assisting with menu preparation, training junior staff, coordinating supply ordering and inventory, and maintaining high hygiene and organizational standards to ensure excellent customer service.
Our family has been providing the finest in North East hospitality for 30 years, and The Albyn is the culmination of two generations serving our customers. We are currently putting the finishing touches to our custom designed interiors, perfecting our mouth watering menus and finalising a fabulous selection of drinks ready for you to enjoy.
