About this role
The Senior Specialist, Risk Culture Modelling & Insights at RHB Banking Group will strengthen and advance the Bank’s risk culture framework through research, data-driven insights, and engagement across the Group. The role supports assessment, monitoring, and enhancement of risk culture and provides actionable insights for senior management and the Board. It also drives the design and implementation of the Bank’s Risk Culture Programme and measurement frameworks.
