Senior Staff Engineer, CAD & Methodology

Renesas is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, CAD & Methodology to drive the development and deployment of scalable design automation infrastructure for Backend Physical Design teams. The role focuses on enabling efficient RTL-to-GDSII implementation and signoff by maintaining robust reference flows, developing automation solutions, and driving methodology standardization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Physical Design, IT, EDA vendors, and Foundry partners to ensure seamless tool deployment and optimized design methodologies.
