Senior Staff Engineer, Silicon Validation

Ayar Labs is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the silicon validation of optical chiplets, defining and driving the validation strategy from pre-silicon preparation through tape-out qualification and final signoff. This role involves first silicon bring-up, rigorous post-silicon validation of high-speed SerDes and photonic systems, and mentoring engineering teams to shape next-generation AI infrastructure. The position requires deep expertise in electronic-photonic SoCs and collaboration with design and firmware teams to resolve silicon failure modes.
