The Senior Staff SoC Design Engineer at Marvell defines microarchitecture and develops SystemVerilog RTL for high-performance SoC-level components within the Photonic Fabric ecosystem. The role focuses on full-chip integration, collaborating with verification and physical design teams to meet performance, power, and area targets across interconnects and memory interfaces. Engineers will drive design sign-off while providing technical guidance to improve integration workflows and support the manufacturing of complex data center infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

Define microarchitecture and develop SystemVerilog RTL for SoC components
Integrate processor clusters and high-speed memory interfaces across subsystems
Collaborate with verification teams to resolve functional debug gaps
Define timing constraints and run standard design checks via scripting
Coordinate with IP teams to resolve complex subsystem-level integration issues
