Senior Systems Engineer

The role involves decomposing mission objectives into traceable subsystem requirements, leading trade studies, defining interfaces, and driving technical consensus across engineering and business teams. This position serves as the technical integration point to scale systems engineering processes as the company moves from prototype to production power plants.
