Signature Dental Partners
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle veterinarian recruitment, from requisition intake through onboarding, while developing targeted recruiting strategies and building candidate pipelines. This role partners with hospital leadership to meet hiring needs, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and provide market insights and mentorship to the Talent Acquisition team. The position also involves driving recruitment effectiveness through data analytics, employer brand development, and strategic outreach to veterinary schools and industry associations.
